The agency relationship
Just Pack Travel is a trading name of ML Talent Solutions Ltd. Stephen works as an independent travel agent with InteleTravel UK Limited. InteleTravel arranges bookings as an agent for the tour operator, cruise line or supplier named in your booking documents. Your travel contract is with that supplier, whose booking conditions apply.
Before you book
Your quote should set out the travel dates, travellers, accommodation, board basis, transport, price, inclusions, optional extras, payment deadlines and relevant booking conditions. Please check these details and raise any questions before making payment.

Financial protection
Financial protection depends on the arrangements you book. Not every travel service is ATOL protected. Where ATOL protection applies, you will receive an ATOL Certificate identifying the covered arrangements and the ATOL holder. Check that it covers everything you expect. Standalone services may have different protection.
Ask me what applies to your specific quote. Do not assume that everything on this website has the same protection.
No online booking or payment
This website is for enquiries. It does not accept payments or make confirmed bookings. Payment instructions and booking terms are provided through InteleTravel or the named supplier. Travel payments must not be made to an agent’s personal account.
